Bidi Return Policy
Bidi accepts returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted. Exchanges and store credits are accepted for items that are still in their original condition and have not been washed, worn, or returned without tags.
Bidi offers returns with a refund of full payment within 14 days if the item is damaged, or is damaged due to a quality issue.
Exchanges for different sizes can be facilitated in-store at Shop Sucker, 63 Johnston Street, Fitzroy, VIC 3065.
If your return doesn’t meet the policy requirements, Bidi will not accept the return and the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
